Welcome to the 3D Nails & Spa sanctuary. By accessing our studio or digital platforms, you agree to uphold our standards of artistry and mutual respect.

These Terms of Service govern your use of 3D Nails & Spa's studio services and website. Our goal is to ensure a seamless, luxury experience for every guest while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and artistic integrity.
1. Ritual Bookings
All appointments must be secured through our official booking portal or verified concierge. We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your session to begin your sensory journey. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling to protect the timing of subsequent guests.
2. Cancellations
We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations within the 24-hour window will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service value to compensate our artists for their dedicated time.
3. Studio Protocol
Hygiene is our hallmark. Please inform your artist of any health conditions, allergies, or nail concerns prior to treatment. We reserve the right to decline service if a contagious condition or fungal infection is suspected, in accordance with medical-grade safety standards.
4. Value & Artistic IP
Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of custom 3D artistry. All original designs created by our technicians remain the intellectual property of 3D Nails & Spa. We take immense pride in our work; however, all services are non-refundable.
Legal Framework
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. By continuing with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these studio standards.
