Honestly? The first time is the worst, and even that is quick — most areas take just a few seconds per strip. After that, it gets easier each time because the hair grows back finer. We also use hard wax on sensitive areas, which is gentler than traditional strip wax. Our experienced estheticians work fast so it's over before you know it.
About a quarter inch — roughly 10 to 14 days of growth after shaving. If the hair is too short, the wax can't grab it properly. Too long and it might be more uncomfortable than it needs to be. If you're not sure, just come in and we'll let you know if you're ready.
